POOL PARTY WAS CRAZY!!! You didn't go, you didn't live!!! We even had some embarassing moments ranging from cutesy to dipsy! This is the last week that I'll be updating. I'm so sad!!! It's been great this whole year, writing these obscenely random writeups of the updates of the year. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as your webmaster and to also be a part of a great line of webmasters. To commerate this final moment for me, I will be updating while I'm being updated. Pardon the lack of order.
ELECTIONS INFORMATION!!!
This week, starting at 7:15pm at the Cross, we'll be having officer elections. In order to vote, you must be a CA member. Please come and listen to our nominees' speeches and be there to present any questions you may have for the candidates.

One more week before elections and several sore vocal chords later, I'm a bit saddened with the coming of the end of the academic year. Don't assume though, that Chinese Association doesn't still have things to look forward to!!! Before we go on, congratulations to CADC for holding onto the title of All-UC Champions for the 7th year now!!! (I might be wrong). 2 days of loud music has left its impact on my ears and now I'm partially deaf in my middle ear. Hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend and all the events leading up to it.
Let's start with what Eden has to say, because she has a lot of important and time sensitive information.

CULTURE NIGHT IS OVER!!! Congratulations to everyone who performed, backstaged, lighted, sounded, managed on Saturday's performance!!! Congratulations to everyone who survived Culture Night Hell Week!!! We've done it, we've had a great culture night this year and totally wow'd the audience. My little sister loved especially that Xiao Loan character. She was so amazed by the performance, that I got a call from my mom today telling me that she's still reciting lines!!! The last time she did that was right after Happy Feet! But the past is past, and while it's great to relish in the memories, there's still a few more weeks left for this year. Community Outreach - Belinda will be participating in the RE-USE recycled art competition and you can help her or even make some of your own!!! This'll be taking place at props on Friday from 3-4pm!
Sports - This is it, the final week before Cross-over!!! Make sure to get your team signed up! Compared to regular tournament fees of $100+, ours is hella cheaper! We'll be tabling Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, so feel free to stop on by with your form!
Volleyball - It's not too late to sign up to play for the CA King Kongs!!! Just shoot out an email to Ellen at ca.sports[at]gmail.com or even show up to practices on Sundays at 1pm or 2pm! Games are at 9:30pm on Tuesdays.
Softball - Well, the CA Bad News Panda Bears are still looking for more players!!! Just shoot out an email to Ellen at ca.sports[at]gmail.com or even show up at to-be-determined practices!!! Games are at 7pm on Mondays.
Swim - The CA Flippers have practices inthe early afternoon on Sundays for anyone interested! Their
meet is on May 11th @ 1:30pm at Crawford Pool so come on out for one crazy meet, way many times better than this VHS movie I happen to have that features a half-naked child hobbit.
Fundraising - We'll be having another food sale next week, so come back in a week to find out what!
Afterevent - Come spend the night with Mickey and Friends!!! CA will be going to Downtown Disney this week for the Downtown Disney Trivial Pursuit or DDTP for those of you too cool to use actual words and rely on just acronyms. According to my sources, there'll be plenty of "play" time, extensive uses of flash 'photography' and "Disneyfication!" Who knows, you might end up swimming, albeit poorly, with Nemo or win it all like Prince Ali Ababwa! This message has been brought to you by your neighborhood Webmaster and approved by Shin Asuka.
[update]Here's some more things to think about for this beginning of quarter antics.
Culture Night - Designs for the t-shirt are due this Friday. Practices/Meetings are resuming. Skit practice begins on Sunday, April 8th at 9pm at the VDC kitchen for all cast members. Wednesday practices will resume as well so check your emails. Dance practice is on Tuesday at the Student Center Parking Structure and weekends to be determined! Props/Costumes will be meeting up Fridays after 3pm and Sundays at 2pm at Clement's apartment. For Costumes, a Deconstruction Team is being formed so if you feel like breaking things and doing something constructive, at the same time, here's your chance.
In honor of Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month (April), we will be flyering and selling food on Ring Road on April 3rd and 4th! Come and join us for raffles(free), Boba(Wed only), Chinese Food($5), and FREE CANDY!!!
Semi-Formal - It's coming!!! Make sure that you become a part of this year's CAUCI finale! Meetings start this Friday, April 6th at 5pm at SST 220A/B.[/update]
Hope everyone had a great break and even better grades!!! Also, an enjoyable lazer tag session nearly 2 weeks ago! Congratulations to Victor Chu, by scoring the highest for the night at 615 points, you are this week's Member of the Week!
So, now it's the beginning of the final quarter for the 06-07 academic year. That doesn't mean that CA is ready to quit for this year! We still have plenty of CRAZY things to come, check out our afterevents list to see some of them. Don't forget Culture Night, Semi-Formal, Crossover and more!!!
This week's afterevent takes it back a notch, so you can still enjoy what's left of the relaxation you might still have from Spring Break. This week's afterevent is BONFIRE!!! If you don't know what bonfire is, it might help to break it down. Bon comes from the French word 'bonus' or for a literal translation, good. Fire is hot, and awesome. So this week's afterevent is GOOD AWESOME! It doesn't matter if it's you're first time, or your fiftieth time, come on out and enjoy some GOOD AWESOME!!!

Thank you to all of our wonderful facilitators andcommittee members!!! HSO WAS A HUMONGOUS SUCCESS!!! You all showed tremendous pride and left a great imprint on the students!!! Again, thank you all and it couldn't have been pulled off without your help!!! You all are our Members of the Week!!!
Dollar theater was a nice break from hectic midterms, but now that the quarter is ending, it's time for a little crazy, a little explosive, a little black lighting, that's right, I'm talking about WEEK 10 AFTEREVENT.....after these messages.
Culture Night Skit - Hey everyone, last skit meeting for this quarter is this Wednesday! Look forward to more practices and even a retreat next quarter!!
Culture Night Dance - Practice at regular time this Saturday and more to come next quarter!
Culture Night Props - There will be no more meetings this quarter, thanks to everyone who has come out and made glorious cardboard trinkets and helped paint our GLORIOUS BACKDROPS!!! As always, anyone can come out to props meetings at anytime. Look forward to a new Spring Props Schedule.
Culture Night Trailer - Filming for the Culture Night trailer will begin with the next quarter and Tiffany is looking for interested persons to participate!!! Email Tiffany for more details!!!
Culture Night T-Shirt Design - Designs for the Culture Night shirt are due by Friday of First Week, submit them to the Culture Chair email account. Design the winning shirt, and you'll receive a free Culture Night T-Shirt!!! BECOME A PART OF THE MAGIC!!!
Sports - Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. Both the Peking Ducks and Smelters lost in their respective playoff leagues. Good job to both teams for making it as far as the Semi-Finals!!!!! Look forward to new sports next quarter.
WEEK 10'S AFTEREVENT!!!! IT'S LAZERTAG(due to popular consensus, there is apparently now a 'z' in 'laser')! For those of you who have played, you know how crazy exciting this event is. For those of you who haven't, don't you think it might be time you did? LAZERTAG is an intense team-based quasi-sport for those of you who don't know, and it's well worth the awesome low price of $8! That's like getting two games for the price of one! Get rid of all that crazy stress and prepare for finals with a clean stress slate! Let CA help you relax with a black light shot of adrenaline!!! CA Social Chair Clement Approves!

This Week's Afterevent - Dollar Movie Theater!!! Well, more like a triple trouble of George Washingtons to me (that's a dollar and two quarters). What better way is there to sign-off on midterms or take a break from midterms? It's affordable, it's relaxing, it's entertaining and there's even variety!!! This blurb has the Darren Seal of Approval©
CONGRATULATIONS CAUCI, WE WON BACK THE CHF TROPHY AND PROVED WHO'S THE MOST SPIRITED SCHOOL....FOR THE AGES!!! Thank you to all the members who came out and supported!! So come on down, CA member, you're the next contestant on the PRICE IS RIGHT!!! Talent show will be at SSH at 8pm after general meeting!!

Finally, this week, we have our Night Market after event! Complete with videos, performances, food, arts and crafts, and game booths, I think this'll be closer to a "Night Carnival!" So make sure you don't miss out and have some fun after meeting instead of brooding over bad midterms!!! See you at this week's meeting!
[update]Member of the Week is now being retrofitted! Instead of going to a separate page, now all you have to do is check out the main page! Speaking of the main page, there's a ton of new updates for this week! Also, come to meeting for a special announcement so big, I can't say anything until after General Meeting [/update]

GOING on to this coming week,
Sports - With a win in for the Smelters and a tie for the Peking Ducks, this season is going fast! Don't miss out on the action and watch the Ducks play at 6pm and the Smelters play at 9:30pm at the ARC on Wednesday!

Fundraising - We'll be having ANOTHER StaffPRO training session!!! This Friday, Februrary 16th at 2pm at location HH224! So according to my post from two weeks ago, "StaffPRO is one of the easiest, most efficient, and potentially enjoyable methods for you to help out with CA fundraising." So help us out and we'll help get you to My Chemical Romance and the Long Beach Grand Prix for *free! *only includes cost of admission
Culture Night - Props will NOT be meeting up this Sunday, the 18th due to Chinese New Year's and Skit will N-O-T, NOT be meeting this Wednesday, Valentine's Day due to....uh, Valentine's Day. Skit will be rescheduled to the 19th, President's Day at 7pm, so don't be late from coming back home during the long weekend! Finally, Culture Night needs a design for Culture Night!!! Design the winning design for Culture Night and not only will your design be featured in our flyers, t-shirts, programs and more, but you'll also receive a free t-shirt for your winning contribution! So send out your design to the Culture Night chairs, find their emails at the board page!
FINALLY, THIS WEEK'S AFTEREVENT IS LUNAR NEW YEAR CLUBBING!!! Unfortunately, ticket presales are over because NO ONE HAS SPARE PRESALE TICKETS LEFT!!! So that means for those of you holding out for the last minute to buy your tickets, it's too late! The only way to get a piece of the hottest action this side of the Grapevine, is to buy at the door now. So yeah, we'll be carpooling after General Meeting this Week at our regular location at the Cross Cultural Center to Avalon Club in Hollywood! DON'T MISS OUT!
[edit]Make sure to go to meeting to catch updates that don't make it to the website or thing I just can't tell you![/edit]
Before anything else is said, important information. THIS WEEK'S MEETING WILL BE HELD AT SSH @ 7PM [OR SOCIAL SCIENCE HALL FOR THOSE OF YOU (like me) THAT AREN'T IN SOCIAL MAJORS].
Congratulations for our underdog Team 5 for winning our 2nd Annual Dodgeball Tournament Afterevent! Being that they are the winners of the afterevent, they are our new Members of the Week! But hey, not all of us are winners, and some of us have some dodgeball wounds to tend to, so let's not live in the past and check out what CA is offering this week!!!
Team 5 receives the Member of the Week Award for Week 4 of Winter Quarter for resisting elimination at our Dodgeball Tournament Afterevent. Not only were they able to dodge, duck, dive, dip and dodge their way through several games of dodgeball, but through several variations such as Warball and 4-squared. Also look who else is on the team, none other than our previous MotW, Jon Tso!!! No matter the rules, no matter the opponents, Team 5 perservered through our intense dodgeball tournament (and if you were there, you'd know how intense it was) and came out on top! Congratulations to Team 5!
Special mention goes to CADB to winning the Ninjas vs Pirates exhibition match.
Community Outreach - Hey, as you know, coming up next week is Valentine's Day, or Singles Awareness Day for others. Well, we all want to feel loved, no exception. So come out to our booth on Ring Road! Until Wednesday, February 7th, we'll be making Valentine's for the elderly. So come on by! It's free, and you get the feeling of making someone's day. Also, this week's HSO meeting is mandatory for all facilitators and committee members of HSO. So be at the Cross Cultural Center at 5:30pm on Friday.
Sports - Both teams have lost this past week, but that's okay! This week, basketball is up against LTD who is also 0-2-0. So come out and support our Floor Hockey and Basketball teams!
Fundraising - Well, I know not everyone that wanted to go to StaffPRO training was able to make it. However, another date for training is coming up soon, come back next week or go to meeting to find out when!
Also, if you can't think of a way to tell that special someone in CA how you feel about them, then why not get him/her a "Crush-gram?" For only $2, you can send your special someone a message in a bottle. You can even get it for some of your close friends! But hurry, this special offer lasts only until the end of boothing on Wednesday, February 7th! It's cute, it's affordable, it's crazy delicious!
Culture Night - Well, skit and dance portions of Culture Night are underway. Now props will start too. This Sunday, February 11th, will be the first Prop's meeting near Clement's apartment. So if you're creative, and work well with a wide variety of materials, come check it out, we could always use an extra hand! Email Belinda for more details!
Bittermelon - Check out CAUCI's newest project, the Bittermelon newsletter. Express yourself and your experiences as an Asian-American college student living in the OC and see your work published! For more information, check out our new subdomain, bittermelon.cauci.com!
Design - Speaking of creative outlets, HSO and CHF and Culture Night are in look for some crazy designs! HSO and Culture Night are looking for a t-shirt design, so if you want people to be wearing your artwork, then send your designs to Belinda for HSO by Friday and either of the Culture Chairs for Culture Night. We are also in need of a flyer design for CHF so if you have some great ideas, then feel free to drop Phil a line! The theme is the "year of the pig" for the CHF flyer and is due by this Wednesday! All of our emails are on our respective board pages!
Finally, this week's afterevent is titled "The Dating Game!!!" Yes, with three exclamation points!. But not only will we be playing the Dating Game with members, but we'll also be playing the CA version of the Newlywed Game! No, not that show with Nick and Jessica, but the game show from the mid-60's to mid-70's. Trust me, it'll be entertaining. Finally, since this is our annual Valentine's themed afterevent, we'll also be having our traditional Date Auction! We'll be putting members and officers on live auction, but what exactly will you be winning? COME OUT THIS WEEK AND FIND OUT!!!
REMEMBER THIS WEEK'S MEETING WILL BE HELD AT SSH @ 7PM [OR SOCIAL SCIENCE HALL FOR THOSE OF YOU (like me) THAT AREN'T IN SOCIAL MAJORS].
[edit]added details for StaffPRO training, added more to the Dodgeball blurb, and design a culture night shirt too![/edit]
Hopefully everyone had great Joint Family Events! I know mine was fun and revealing! Unfortunately, we don't have a member of the week for this week due to the nature of meeting and the afterevent. However, we won't have that problem this week! But before I answer how we're fixing that, read on!
Navigation - Minor changes in the navigation bar, HSO page is no longer on the bar but inside the Community Outreach page. Added Bittermelon link.
Community Outreach - Well, this week marks the final week that new members will be allowed into the HSO committees. Meaning that if you want to make your mark on our 5th annual High School Outreach, if you want to make a difference, then come out to this week's HSO meeting at the Cross Cultural Center at 5:30pm, this Friday! Also check the HSO forum for more HSO updates!
Sports - With a tie in Floor Hockey and a loss in Basketball, our season is underway! While some may dispair without wins, in truth, there is more to be learned from a loss than a victory. So come out and support our teams this Wednesday at the ARC! Check out the team win-loss-tie record at the sports page!
Fundraising - Unfortunately, due to change of management in StaffPRO, we'll all have to be retrained in order to participate in StaffPRO. Help CA bring out more events by participating in fundraising! StaffPRO is one of the easiest, most efficient, and potentially enjoyable methods for you to help out with CA fundraising. So come out and join us for StaffPRO training at HIB 137 at 4pm on Tuesday, January 30th. Please be on time!
Bittermelon - Check out CAUCI's newest project, the Bittermelon newsletter. Express yourself and your experiences as an Asian-American college student living in the OC and see your work published! For more information, check out our new subdomain, bittermelon.cauci.com!
Design - Speaking of creative outlets, HSO and CHF and NOW CULTURE NIGHT are in look for some crazy designs! HSO and Culture Night are looking for a t-shirt design, so if you want people to be wearing your artwork, then send your designs to Belinda for HSO and either of the Culture Chairs for Culture Night. We are also in need of a flyer design for CHF so if you have some great ideas, then feel free to drop Phil a line! The theme is the "year of the pig" for the CHF flyer and is due by this Friday! All of our emails are on our respective board pages!
Finally, this week's afterevent is DODGEBALL!!! CAUCI is bringing you your dodgeball of elementary school era, but with some crazy twists! All at Humanities Plaza and Complete with Unlockable Modes, Secret Characters and Hidden Arenas, this is one afterevent you have to come out and see! So remember, the 5 D's of dodgeball, dodge, duck, dip, dive....and dodge! See you this week!
Update: The Bittermelon links work, and there is now a CHF page.
Well, we had bowling last week, and our first member of the week, bowling a score of 160, the highest of the afterevent, Jon Tso. Congratulations Jon Tso for being our first Member of the Week! Come out to our meetings and afterevents and you might be the next MEMBER OF THE WEEK!
Jon Tso receives the Member of the Week for Week 2 of Winter Quarter for scoring the highest at our Bowling afterevent! Bowling a 160, Jon is not only an avid bowling fan, but he loves Dance Dance Revolution as well!! His favorite song is the non-vocal version of Candy and the song that got him hooked was Butterfly. A 2nd year and 2nd year CA member, Jon also has interests in Mathematics(his entering major), music and WWE. Overall, from my experience with this member, a very interesting and chill person to talk with! So don't be shy, and say hi to our Member of the Week!
So we have plenty of things to do this week, True Believers! As always, to see our "extended forcast" check out our Google Calendar for all the goodness of CA for this quarter!
Sports - So last week we had successful tryouts for both our Field Hockey and Basketball teams. Practices for Field Hockey will be held on Sunday, Monday and Friday at the Field Hockey Rink at the ARC and games are on Wednesday nights, check out the website or go to meetings to keep track of em! Basketball games will be on Wednesdays at the indoor basketball courts in the ARC at 9:30pm! There's also an upcoming Softball tournament that CAUCI will be participating in, practice information will be up soon as the tournament is on Feb. 25th. More details to come, but this much I can tell you. Our team name will be the CA Pandas!
High School Outreach - Meetings are underway and planning has begun! Meeting this week will be at SST220A on Friday at 5:30pm. If you want to become a part of this impacting CA event, then make sure to come out soon as new HSO members will not be accepted after 4th week's meeting! So come out and help make a difference in someone's life!
Anteater Bite - Well, UCI will be having their first ever Anteater Bite competition and CAUCI aims to win! Here's the gist, it's a food sale competition. So we'll be out on Ring Road on Wednesday from 11-2pm selling our TRIPLE THREAT COMBO! Trust me when I say it's definitely something you haven't seen on Ring Road and it'll be tasty delicious!!! Stop by and support, or just say hi!
Bittermelon - Check out CAUCI's newest project, the Bittermelon newsletter. Express yourself and your experiences as an Asian-American college student living in the OC and see your work published! For more information, check out our new subdomain, bittermelon.cauci.com!
Design - Speaking of creative outlets, HSO and CHF are in look for some crazy designs! We are also in need of a flyer design for CHF so if you have some great ideas, then feel free to drop Phil a line! All of our emails are on our respective board pages!
Finally this week's afterevent is Joint Family Event! I can't really give you any details on what it is because your bigs are all planning different things in pairs! So email your big if you don't know what's going on, or email Rosaline if you don't know who your big is! Your bigs should be emailing you on what you'll be doing after meeting this week, so if they haven't already...Bug them!
Until next week!
We got the funk! Turn up the funk! Roller Skating was crazy! But this is CA, we got more for you this week!
Sports: We'll be having tryouts for our Competitive Intramural basketball team, the CA Smelters, today from 5pm - 7pm at the ARC as well as on Wednesday from 7pm - 9pm at the same location. Tryouts for our Intramural Floor Hockey team, the CA Peking Ducks, will be held at the ARC Floor Hockey rink on Sunday from 3pm - 5pm. CA sports, it's in the game!!!
Food Sale: You wanted more of it, so we're bringing it back again! We're going to be selling Chinese food on Ring Road almost directly across the Mexican food cart. We have your favorites such as Orange and House Special Chicken along with staples such as FRIED RICE and Chow Mein! All of this makes one heavy plate of food that can be yours for $5! So if you're starving between classes, come check us out from 10am - 3pm or until we sell out!
Speaking of fundraisers, due to circumstances beyond our control, all CA members that have been trained for StaffPRO need to be retrained if they want to do it in the future. There will be a StaffPRO training seminar in the near future, so keep posted for that. Help out CA by working StaffPRO! It's easy and best of all won't make a dent in YOUR wallet!!!
Culture Night: Well it's 4 months till Culture Night 2007!!! Therefore, things are starting to turn and skit and dance practices are on their way! Skit practices will be held starting at 9pm on Wednesdays starting next week and ending at midnight at the latest. For dance, co-ed practices will be held on Tuesdays from 10pm - 11pm at the ARC (or the basement of the Student Center Parking Lot if the ARC is unavailable). All-girls and all-guys will be held directly after until the Dance Coordinator feels it's enough.
High School Outreach: Planning for our 5th annual High School Outreach is underway!!! HSO will be on Friday, March 9th!!! Meetings are at the Cross Cultural Center on Fridays at 5:30pm. Week 4 is the last Friday for new HSO committee members to come out.
FINALLY, THIS WEEK'S AFTEREVENT!!! This week's afterevent is BOWLING!!! Alright, we'll be heading to Irvine Lanes this Thursday after meeting to take part in the great old, originally Egyptian sport of BOWLING!!! Did you know that American 10-pin bowling evolved from British 9-pin bowling which came from a game called "Skittles?" Well, now you know, and knowing is half the battle!!! *insert copyrighted 80s cartoon show title* Okay, here's the gist, it costs $3 per game and $2.50 for shoe rentals. finally, get there fast because I hear from a little birdy that the lanes will be filling up like eggs on Joey's plate in a Vegas buffet!
That's all folks, see you at this week's meeting! If you ever wanna look at what else we have coming up in the future, check out the Google Calendar, our temporary calendar!!! (Google account needed)
And another minor update, the events page has been updated with the lineup of afterevents for this quarter!
We're back! Happy new year and all. Hope you all had a great holiday! Here's what's happening and what's coming up in Chinese Association!
This Thursday is our FIRST GENERAL MEETING OF THE QUARTER and we'll be getting our funk on with some ROLLER SKATING!!! We'll be going to Skate Zone!!! Come to meeting to get directions! Bring $6.50 for admission and rentals! Get ready for a crazy funktastic time!

Where's the information about Winter Wonderland?! Well, we'll be releasing more information later on in the week, so check back soon for the mini-update!
Nothing happening this week! Go on, and enjoy Thanksgiving break! Eat, be merry, be happy, be crazy!! Happy Thanksgiving from Chinese Association! Capture the memories and share them as well.
Big update this week everyone! So, get something to drink and something to snack on because there's a ton of things going on in Chinese Association this week!
So, Karaoke was crazy, and well, I don't know about you, but my vocal chords were pretty much gone for the weekend. So I figure, now that I got my singing done, it's time to get my dance on, and that's what we have for this week's afterevent! CLUBBING!
This week's afterevent is FORBIDDEN, and we'll be clubbing at Club Belluno with a performance by our very own Chinese Association Dance Crew (CADC), so you know we're going to be partying hard and long throughout Thursday(11/16) night! More info can be found on the flyer! (front | back). Pre-sale tickets can be obtained through any Board officer and we'll be out on Ring Road all week since we had to get a whole new batch of tickets since we sold out of our first set! Prices are $10 pre-sale for members, $12 for non-members and $15 at the door. Now onto more things in Chinese Association!
For those of you who just don't like clubbing or aren't old enough, and are feeling especially giving, then check out our Community Outreach events this week! On Wednesday afternoon at the Cross Cultural Center at 5pm, Belinda, our Community Outreach chair, will be having a knitting workshop to make scarves for the needy! And there's also the Students for Homeless Outreach United Together (SHOUT) Sleep Out on Thursday Night at the flag poles!
Last week was the end of the fall season for Intramurals. While our football team unfortunately ran into some hurdles through the season, our competitive basketball team is going into the playoffs this week with their first game on Wednesday @ the ARC indoor courts @ 9:30pm versus AKPsi. So good luck to our players, and go cheer them on at the game!
Remember how I said we'll be out on Ring Road all week? Well, we even have a food sale coming up this Wednesday to free you from the monotony of Starbucks and UCI Ring Road Food Services! We'll have chinese food for $5 and black milk tea with or without boba for $2! So savor up for something different!
Minor update from our Cultural Chairs just in. For those of you who weren't able to make it to dance auditions, good news! There's still space in all-guys and all-girls dance. If you still want to get in on the greatness of Culture Dance, then go the 1st practice on January 7th. Meet at Short Term Parking at 4pm.

So, we're heading on to 7th week over here at University of California Irvine, and well, another week means another fun afterevent! This week's afterevent is KARAOKE!
For all of those who don't know, karaoke is singing along to songs with lyrics displayed on a teleprompter or television. That's about it, but what's more fun than singing with your friends and family?! It might not seem like much, but it is oh so much fun! So come out this Thursday and go karaoking with us! It only costs $3, so that's only a dollar per hour, that's practically a steal! Compete to find our next Chinese Association Idol!!!
And this week, there's also the final Chinese Association Basketball game of the season, and it's Chinese Association vs Chinese Association! So go out to the Anteater Recreational Center indoor courts on Wednesday at 9:30pm and support your players!
